My name is Britni Houghton-Hernandez. My family and I have been in Real Estate since 2011 flipping homes, obtaining rentals, beautifying the city we call home!
I serve a wide range of clients from investors looking to diversify their portfolio to individuals out of State looking to make the move, to first time home buyers, empty nesters, you name it, I do it!
I pride myself on great communication, I will NOT be the agent you struggle getting ahold of. I also pride myself on honesty and transparency to ensure a great experience.
I grew up in the West Lansing area, attended Waverly High School & take pride in serving the community.
Athletics has always been very important in my life. I played basketball at Waverly High School, was fortunate enough to obtain a full ride scholarship to play at Central Michigan University, where I earned my Bachelor's in Social Work. These experiences taught me many life skills such as the importance of teamwork, how to have great communication, how to multitask, the importance of accountability and so much more.
